Dear Kacie,
HAPPY EASTER!!
We had a really fun weekend celebrating Easter.
On Saturday we went to our wards easter adventure. They had a little 'egg hunt' set up for the babies to crawl around in balloons and find eggs.
You didn't really care about the eggs at first… you just wanted the other kids!
You are really getting good at walking these days!
And it just makes you seem so much older when you have your cute socks and shoes on!
Well, you are too smart for dad and I now. You can always find us, even when we try and hide from you! And you do not like it when we leave you alone! And by 'alone' I mean when we are not touching you. and by 'touching you' I mean holding you.
On Sunday the Easter Bunny came!! Well, I think he came on Sunday, I guess it could have been really late Saturday night… We were asleep.
He brought you 2 books, The Bee Movie, cute sandals, and two new outfits. He also brought you a SUUUUPER soft blanket. (it was too big for your basket though so he put it in mom and dad's)
Mom and dad got Frozen, Saving Mr. Banks and awesome cups!
This is your first look at your basket!
This pose to me says "Oh dang. Is that all for me?"
"Look dad! Shoes!"
"Oooooo! a movie!"
This was literally the best part of the day! Dad held up your new pants and shook them around and you jumped up and giggled at them! I kind of caught you in action:
Your favorite thing about all your presents were the tags on them.
"TAGS!"
Playing with Daddy's cup!
After church we got to Skype with your all of your grandparents. They love seeing all your new tricks!
Grandma Sandra got a Minnie Mouse for her birthday and was showing it to you. Towards the end she was leaning back with Minnie in between her legs so it looked like we were talking to Minnie Mouse! It was great!
Then we went to my Aunt Susans house. I didn't take any other pictures but this one:
It was a great weekend and we loved celebrating with you! You are getting to be soooo smart!
Stop growing!!
Love,
Mom and Dad
