You are 10 months old now.
Wait.
Did I just say 10 months?
Wow.
How did that happen? And thats not even that old!!!
Remember how I really slacked off on your 9 month post and pictures? Well these pictures that I got for this month make up for it (kind of) because seriously, how cute are they!?!
You've started waving at us! Not like a small wave, but a big, wild wave with your whole arm! You don't do it every time but when you do it makes everyone happy!
If we tilt our heads back and say "Ahhh" then you copy us with this tiny little 'ahh' and it is hilarious!
This month, your 'mirthday' (monthlybirthday) was on Easter. Which was perfect because how cute is that sign?
Even you loved it!
Of course, you love everything you aren't supposed to touch so, not that surprising...
You amaze us! You started taking steps before you were 9 months old.
You love to hold things in your hands. You've just started handing us things if we hold out our hand in front of you.
You also have gotten really good at throwing things. I don't mean that you are a good thrower, just that you know how to chuck something out of your hand if you don't want it.
You also enjoy that game that goes like:
"Hey I dropped that thing. Pick it up will you?"
*pick it up*
"Hey, you know that thing you just picked up for me? Well I dropped it again."
*pick it up*
"Ooops. I dropped it again. Get that, will ya?"
This is where we get smart and pick it up and do not give it back to you.
You finally got your first tooth!! There is still only one in there and it's just the very top of it, but it's there! and it came in a week before you were ten months.
You are a very happy baby. You love to laugh and sometimes even laugh with us! but it's mostly just when daddy tickles you! (he's really good at that)
You've started doing the cutest thing ever! (everything you do is cute) When I lay on the floor, you will come over and lay down next to me.

It is my absolute favorite thing that you do.
You still love bath time. And dad and I have done really well at keeping you on a tight schedule so you are sleeping in your crib very well.
And you love going on walks. I've been trying to take you on a walk almost every day. You enjoy sitting in your stroller and looking at everything around. My allergies are insane right now but I suffer through them to make you happy!
Easter Sunday was the first time I had put your hair in pigtails. They were too cute! A big hit with everyone we saw that day.
They just make you look so much older!
The picture below you are holding a pretzel. Because pretzels make you really happy. Don't worry, we keep you well hydrated when you are eating them.
We are so blessed to have you in our lives and although we don't want you to grow too fast, it is amazing and exciting to see you develop. It brings us more joy than you can imagine. And if we start to miss the baby phases too much, we will just give you a sibling.
