Sopapilla's!

Dear Kacie,

You still don't drink milk. You're not lactose intolerant but for some reason, you and milk just don't get a long! But, you tried some yogurt a few weeks ago and now you LOVE it. And you can feed it to yourself and it's just adorable to watch you feed yourself. You will pick up the little cup in one hand like I do and then feed yourself. I just love when you copy me!

Until the weather gets warmer and we aren't using our heater anymore, we will have to keep our catch pulled out far from the wall. but it's ok, because you love it!

When we Skype with Aunt Ang on Mondays, you always take her for great adventures. This week, you kept hiding from me behind the couch and taking Aunt Ang with you!

I love telling you to 'smile for daddy' because I always get the funniest pictures of you!

I know, I know… another picture of you reading in your corner?

Yup! Cause it's just super adorable!

At first glance, this picture just looks like you being cute. But then you look closer and you realize that you are climbing precariously on top of your horse bikes head!

You still love bath time. Except dad and I aren't so sure we can call it bath time anymore because you love to just sit in the empty tub… so maybe we will just call it 'tub time'

And when you were having 'tub time' you literally sat there like this for about 4 minutes just staring at your cup. It was hilarious.

And weird.

Some days, we are super lazy and we don't eat at the table. I let you eat on the floor and you laid down and cozied up to me to eat. I love when you do things like this!

For scripture reading at night, we have a few pictures of Jesus and then a little pocket Book of Mormon for you to look at. Dad put you in your recliner one night and you sat like this while we read. 

We found a new Mexican restaurant called Taco Burrito. When we decided to try it, we were a bit skeptical because of the name. We were afraid it would be cheap food but we were wrong!! It is delicious and I highly recommend it!

And you must try the sopapillas! Because goodness they were delightful! You really enjoyed them too Kacie, because, sugar.
