Hangers, Cords and Apples!

Dear Kacie,

People must think I'm crazy and a terrible mom. I have sooooo many pictures of you documenting every milestone you hit, even the random (kind of) pointless ones.

But let's just clear something up here:

Both sets of your grandparents live in different states and several aunts and uncles too. Your father is gone from 7:00am to 7:00pm, so they require me to send at least one picture of you each day because they just love watching you grow!

They don't know this yet but eventually I'm going to have to make that one picture a week because, even though it seems like its easy, I don't always like to take pictures. I figure when you turn one you will respond more to them when Skypeing with them and that will help satisfy their craving for you!

With you becoming more mobile, you tend to escape out of your PJ legs!

Ummm, seriously, you have the cutest face I have ever seen.

You still love hangers! On days when you are a little more fussy than usual, all I have to do is put a hanger in front of you and you're happy!

Also cords. You have a 6th sense for finding cords. This one was barely sticking out of the drawer and yet you still found it and pulled it out!

Remember when I said that you have the cutest face ever?

Well even when you cry it's adorable!

Now, growing up, my dad used to always sing us a part of a song "You can't always get what you want…" anytime we wanted something we couldn't have.

So I sent that picture to our families and Grandpa Jim text back:

Apparently parental rights are limited. I guess when you are fussy I will just have to send you to their house! Which they would love so it's not really a punishment.

You were looked super fly one day!

So I took a ton of pictures of you!

I love your face in the below picture because you were about to start crawling away and you were excited to escape!

So I gave you a slice of apple on day and you loved it. You just sucked on it for 20 minutes. It started getting slippery and wet so it kept falling on the floor. I didn't see anything on it when I picked it up so I guess the floors aren't too dirty!

I've given them too you several times now and every time you just suck the sweet juiciness out of them!

Well, I'm trying to update more frequently because some of these posts are getting longer and less detailed!
