Opening Christmas Presents!

Dear Kacie,

This post is mostly for the grandparents to get a glimpse of our morning and their first grandchild really enjoying Christmas… So it's going to be a lot of pictures of you opening stuff.

Here is our humble tree, and you peaking at your presents…

We were very fortunate to have so many family members give us presents.

And Santa stocked our stockings really well!

And here comes a stream of the opening presents:

You're opening your nativity set from Grandma Tracey

It was definitely the hit of the day!

Here is daddy opening his favorite new sweater that he now never takes off!

And here I am opening my new iPhone!!!! That your dad got for me!

I have wanted an iPhone for like 30 years...

The best part of the day was Skyping with my WHOLE family all at once! Even your Uncle Jerm who is on his mission.

The other best part of the day was that it snowed AAAAALLLLL day! It hasn't snowed and stuck at all this year and so it was really fun to watch you watch the snow!

While Skypeing with the family we learned that Aunt Aub got a ukulele and so even though that was a cool gift, my ukulele is much better!

And so not out of tune.

We had a BLAST opening presents and it took us all morning to do so. You would pull off a tiny piece, then hand it to us, or walk it over to the trash. Then pull off another tiny piece and hand it to us… It was adorable and really fun to watch.

But eventually, we did get tired...

Uncle Colin came and opened stuff with us. He was tired by the end too!

All in all, you had a super fun time with opening presents and it was really fun for us!

Love,

Mom and Dad
