Grapes, PBJ & First Date!

Dear Kacie,

I've been trying to branch out and feed you new things… Like actual solids, instead of liquid solids.

So one day I cut up some grapes. And you didn't really care for them. I mean, I think you tried to at first. But I think they were difficult to chew. I need to try taking the skins off.

One day we were hanging out on daddy and mom's bed. Dad was at work and I was trying to get a picture to send him. I said" Smile for mommy!"

And this is what I got:

Then I said "Smile for daddy!"

And this is what I got!

But don't worry, he's not totally your favorite. Cause later you snuggled with me and I got this picture:

One day I was making dad and I PB&J (oh man I want one of those right now).

So I made a little baby one for you!

And look at your cute little bite out of it!

You enjoyed trying to eat it but without your top teeth it's kind of difficult!

Didn't anyone ever teach you not to play with your food?

Last Friday Night Date Night we went out to dinner with our friends Bryce and Caitlin. You know, your boyfriends parents.

First we went to The Smoking Apple for dinner. It was incredibly delicious! (as always)

We had a fabulous time with them!

Then we all went to Costco. Seriously, Costco is the best. Because there are two seats! And so you and Haze got to hang out together. Umm, so adorable!

It was your first date and you had a great time!

For a few days you started to hate baths. It was really weird! But you like them again so that's good!
