Teething, Car Wash and Sweet Potatoes!

Dear Kacie,

You finally are getting more teeth! But it was such a sad week and a half.

One day we stayed in our PJ's and laid on the floor all day. This is how you fell asleep at one point.

And all you wanted was for your dad to hold you all the time.

I don't know why my phone does this sometimes but it makes you look like a cartoon if the lighting is bad. I am putting this picture up anyway because you do this all the time and it's adorable. Instead of just drinking from your water bottle, you steal ours and hold both!

You went through your first car wash!

You were terrified towards the end. But you did pretty good for most of it!

Kyles Aunt Alice and her kids Abby, Katie and Ben, and Grandpa Hanes took us out to dinner one night! Uncle Trevor was able to come too!

We went to The Cracker Barrell and you kept eating dads hamburger, even though I got you your own sweet potato!

You LOVE sweet potatoes. I will bake 5 at a time, cut them up and keep them in the fridge. You will literally eat a whole sweet potato in one sitting.

We still love to take you swimming!

We go as much as we can!

Grandma Sandra got you this pretty dress with little turtles all over it!

Your face is saying "No, dad. I will not sit reverently next to you!"

You are dad's little buddy while he is teaching.

I have several friends that use Baltic Amber Teething necklaces. After the horrible week and a half that you were sick and grumpy, I got you one.

It is a miracle working magic string of incredibleness!

And yes, that is sweet potato on your face!

We love you, more than you love sweet potatoes!

Love,
Mom and Dad
