Dear Kacie,
We don't do much exciting things these days...
You've taken to climbing on everything as I've mentioned before, and you just basically don't stop!
Sometimes, you are even so into your climbing that you have to hold your crackers in your mouth to climb around!
You used to try and take pill bottles so I filled one up with rice and let you carry them around. One day you collapsed on the ground holding the bottle. When I sent it to our families, they responded saying "Oh no! The drugs caught up with her!" haha, I honestly didn't even notice that when I took the picture, but it is funny!
Did I mention that you climb all the time?
You love bath time!
Daddy took you out one day and he found this adorable pair of shoes! they were even 50% off so it was a wonderful deal!
One night, we were sitting at dinner when we got a call. It was the dealership where we bought our blueberry (Mazda5):
they asked if we were happy with it or if we would be interested in trading it in for something new. We had a few things we would have liked different but overall, we loved the Blueberry! I told the man on the phone that we would talk about it and let him know.
So, I got off the phone and told Kyle and after we talked for a few more minutes, we decided to just go in and see what they had. We really had no intention of getting a new car, but when we came across this CZ-7, we were hooked!
Kyle had really been bummed that we didn't get a 4wheel or all wheel drive with the mazda5 so that is his favorite thing about this new car. It is the same year as the Mazda5 but less miles. It has all brand new tires and it's black (which Kyle also loves).
Anyway Kacie, I do miss the third row in the old car, but this one is higher and a little classier, so I hope you like it too!
You are growing up right before our eyes! I look at you sometimes and just can't believe how big you look!
Of course, pigtails definitely make you look older for some reason!
You love spaghetti, which seems to be a baby favorite, and one night you were moving all of your noodles into the cup holder on your high chair. I sent this picture to our families:
And this is what I got in return!
I thought it was very clever, and quite hilarious! Aunt Aub loved spaghetti as a baby too and I remember she ALWAYS got suuuuuper messy when she ate it. Messy babies are adorable!
Just a few more of you climbing… This next one is you getting all the way up onto your changing table!
Sometimes you just make a mess, like a tornado...
And last, another climbing picture, I left you in your room for a minute and when I came back, you were just sitting on the rocking chair smiling like "Look mom! I'm a big girl!"
Keep growing, but stop climbing!
We love you!!
Love,
Dad and Mom
