Dear Birthday Girl,
What a crazy birthday weekend we had! Basically we just partied the whole time.
(I will be posting a lot of pictures of Kacie opening presents. If you are not her parents or grandparents, you may find these kind of boring)
We started the morning off with this present
Can you guess what it is?
I think I was most excited for this one!
A new carseat! (don't worry, you are still rear facing.)
I bought this birthday book months ago, I've been so excited to give it to you!
Testing out the new seat.
The new bike was definitely the favorite toy for a few days. You love the milk and phone it came with.
Then we had a visit to the doctors for dad
Even though it was the doctors, it was a great excuse to leave work and spend time with you for a few hours.
That was just the beginning of your birthday. It's so insane to think it's been a year. You are still just so tiny, but so smart. People all the time ask how old you are and when I say 'one' they are surprised. "Wow, she's too small to be walking!" "She's so tiny, how is she already walking?"
Well dear, you get that from your dad.
It's a competition really.
Gotta be walking before everyone else, or else you lose.
And we don't lose.
I'm kidding, it's fine to lose.
Happy Birthday!
